Indeed, “Love Conquers All”….. In tough times, we can fall back on love to get us through the challenging moments in life. Another option?... A killer bottle of Pinot Noir is guaranteed to sooth the nerves and pamper the soul – or simply to celebrate the transition from spring to summer.
Located in the heart of the Sonoma Coast AVA with western-facing slopes, our picturesque vineyard overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Roughly 1800' in elevation, our vineyard is cooled by the marine fog that rolls in daily over the King Ridge; and our pinot usually ripens perfectly by the end of September. The clone is 828, which is known for excellent color and an aromatic profile. Our 2010 Pinot Noir possesses an expressive bouquet of spring flowers and black raspberries. The palate consists of hints of fresh porcini mushrooms, dark cherries, black currant and cream, underlined by spicy notes. It displays great balance of structure and richness as well as abundant tannin. 250 cases produced
