 
2009 Cabernet Sauvignon The Coup de Foudre Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested October 9th, is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Beautiful aromas of blueberry liqueur, blackberries, camphor, vanilla bean and acacia flowers is followed by a well-textured, full-bodied, stunningly opulent, voluptuous wine with profound concentration and silky tannins. Super-pure and intense; this wine was aged for 22 months in new French Oak and will continue to evolve for 20-25 years. 750 cases produced - Winemaker Kent Jarman
