2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

No more wine. We were humbled by your amazing support of our inaugural release and are now thrilled to offer you our 2005 Coup de Foudre, which we think will pleasure your palate in a multi-dimensional manner. Our 2005 vintage was a winemaker’s delight…perfect conditions, long hang-time, unbelievable balance and a 10% jump in crop weight! Once again, our Stag’s Leap Cabernet Sauvignon was picked at optimal brix levels, vinified and then barrel aged for 18 months in a combination of Taransaud and Radoux cooperage. We blended in 5% Syrah from the Santa Ynez appellation to further accentuate CdF’s depth and spicy, fleshy flavors!

Our production remains at 500 cases and our 2005 release will ship this August/September, weather permitting. For our wait list customers, any unclaimed allocations will be released July 31, 2007.
